At last - after two years of Covid-19 we are ready to welcome you to Birken 5 km run.

In this run you start at Stampesletta Friidrettsbane, located nearby Håkons Hall.
The first 1,5 km you will run on a good path, then it is 500 meters of asphalt. When you enter Maihaugen your will run in beatiful surroundings on a wide good path. Finish at Håkons Hall.

You can choose with or without timing and the Birken 5 km is open for all from 10 years old.
